The primary responsibilities of the EHS Coordinator include Safety and Health compliance in accordance with OSHA regulations, directing safety related training efforts and proactively improving the overall safety performance of the organization.

BS Safety and Occupational Health with applicable chemistry classes. 2-4 years of safety experience in manufacturing or closely related field.
Familiarity with OSHA standards and requirements.
Relevant technical and computer skills (MS Office).
First Responder Certification and an ergonomic background is a plus.
Must be able to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Ability to be the driver of swift and focused accident investigations that result in preventative outcomes and measures.
Individual must be highly motivated, able to work independently, and demonstrate good problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
Ability to be flexible and work closely with all facets of the organization is required.
