Create routings and process sheets/prints for bearing component manufacturing and assembly operations. Provide information to manufacturing including methods, grind wheels, tooling, and sequence of operations. Provide input for new product review and development. Work with quality personnel, gaging personnel, applications/product engineering, manufacturing engineering, and manufacturing personnel to develop efficient manufacturing methods.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
BS degree in engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience in a manufacturing methods role
Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience working with Solidworks, Autocad, Excel and Access software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask and has demonstrated ability to work on a cross functional team
Manufacturing environment – able to lift 30 pounds
