    Job summary

    Prepares, compiles and scans essential quality documents in an accurate and timely manner.

    This is a temporary 3-6 month assignment, part time hours, during 1st shift preferred

    Summary of essential job functions

    Prepare and sort a variety of quality control documents in preparation for scanning

    Upon the completion of the preparation, scan documents in an accurate and timely manner

    Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office

    Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing

    May maintain hard copy and electronic filing system

    Copies data and compiles records and reports

    Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, calculator, shredding machine and photocopy machine


    Abilities required

    High level of attention to detail

    Ability to stay organized

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including excel

    Previous scan to storage experience is preferred

    Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to multi-task and be flexible to changing demands
